Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays, at byCaxs HQ. We offer free Local Shipping for orders over $100, no code required. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email or text and you can expect to receive your order. Kindly note that order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders during promotional periods.

byCaxs only ships on business days Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Kindly refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy page for information regarding exchanges. While we will consider requests for address or order changes, we cannot guarantee them.

For orders containing contact lenses, please note that shipment will only proceed after verifying your proof of eye examination record for contact lens wear. If you do not have an existing eye check record with our Doll Parlour, kindly obtain proof from the optometrist who conducted your examination within the past 12 months and send it to us via whatsapp.

Kindly note that if you are unable to produce a verified eye examination record within the last 12 months, it’s a regulatory requirement to undergo a FREE eye examination at byCaxs Doll Parlour, as outlined in our Terms &

Conditions. Self-collection of your order can be done at the same time and your local courier fee will be refunded as store credits.

Local Shipping with Contact Lenses Terms & Conditions

By opting for Local Courier service for orders with contact lenses, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

•  You possess valid prescription & eye examination for contact lenses conducted by a certified eye care professional within the last 12 months.
• You affirm your familiarity with the proper usage of the ordered products.
• You acknowledge that the products are intended solely for your personal use.
• If you lack valid proof of a recent contact lens eye examination, you consent to a complimentary eye examination at your preferred byCaxs Doll Parlour.

Should you choose not to undergo an eye examination by a registered optometrist, you agree to receive a store credit refund for your order.

We reserve the right to modify your order to Self-Collection under the following circumstances:

• You are unable to provide a valid proof prescription & eye examination for contact lenses conducted by a certified eye care professional within the last 12 months.
• We are unable to verify your eye check record

Shipping Charges

Free Local Shipping for orders above S$100.

Orders under $100 within Singapore will incur a flat delivery fee of $4.50. Free International Shipping for orders above S$200.

Orders under $150 outside of Singapore will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $15.

Singapore & Rest of Asia

Orders within Singapore & Rest of Asia are shipped via our selected courier service, SingPost Express. Local orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Orders outside of Singapore are delivered within 1-3 weeks after dispatch.

A tracking link will be sent by SingPost Express once your order is dispatched.

Outside of Asia

Orders outside of Asia are shipped using our chosen courier service, Aramex or SingPost. International orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks after dispatch.

Duties & Taxes

Kindly note that byCaxs is not liable for any additional fees, customs duties, or taxes upon the arrival of your items. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Track My Order

A Processing Email will be sent within 24hrs after an order is placed, please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

A Completed Email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, containing your order number, order details, and shipment information.

Your tracking number will be sent via text or email by SingPost Express once your order is dispatched.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courierʼs website.
