Self-Collection Point

All self-collection orders are to be collected at byCaxs Doll Parlour Raffles City Shopping

Centre #B1-K9. If you do not have an existing eye check record, kindly make a FREE eye check appointment here and your order can be collected at the same time.

Self-Collection Procedure

A Processing Email will be sent 24 hours after an order is made – this is to inform you that your order is confirmed but NOT ready for collection.

A Collection Email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Kindly check your spam folder in case it lands there.

If you have not received a Completed Email, your order is not ready for collection.

If you do not have an existing eye check record with us, a FREE eye check appointment must be booked here , your collection can be done at the same time. Wearer MUST be present for self-collection as an eye fitting test is required as stated under HSA and OOB guidelines. Order will not be

dispensed if wearer is not present or refuses to carry out an eye fitting test.

Self-Collection Terms & Conditions

By opting for Self-Collection, you acknowledge & agree that:

• You must personally attend to collect your order as an eye fitting test may be necessary for eye safety.
• Your order will not be dispensed if wearer is absent or declines to undergo an eye fitting test.  
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once a Processing Email is sent.
• All self-collection must be made within 14 calendar days from the date your order is made available for collection.
• A credit refund will be processed within 1 working day for uncollected orders. You will receive notification via whatsapp once refund is processed. For further enquiries, kindly drop our Doll Team a Whatsapp here.
