Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be made strictly within fourteen (14) days from purchase date or the date you receive your package.
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns or exchanges.

Conditions

  • All returned items must be unused and unopened with original labels attached.
  • Products with an expiration date of less than 6 months are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • Contact Lenses can only be exchanged/refunded if defected or if a change of prescription is verified by our in-house optometrist.
  • All sales items are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • Products with an expiration date of less than 6 months are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • Purchases made with any promotional codes or in-store promotions are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • Purchases made with Doll Points or store credits are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.

  • Lashes and cosmetic products are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Returns

  • We do not process any cash refunds, all refunds are processed in the form of store credits, that can only be used on our online store.
  • Credit refunds are processed within 2-3 working days upon receiving the item.
  • Lashes and cosmetic products are ineligible for returns or refunds on earrings unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • You will be informed of your store credit refund via Whatsapp or email once your return has been processed.
  • Products with an expiration date of less than 6 months are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
  • Exchanges takes 2-3 working days to be processed excluding delivery time.

  • In-store purchases can only be processed at the same outlet.
  • Exchanges are only allowed once per order or in-store purchase.
  • Products with an expiration date of less than 6 months are ineligible for returns or exchange.

  • 2 months warranty from date of purchase for 1 to 1 exchange or store credit refund if no available stock only for production defects. Warranty exclusion applies. (See below)
  • All exchanges has to be done in-store physically as we are required to check the product beforehand.

 

Warranty Exclusions

  • Products found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
  • Broken Clasps are not covered under warranty
  • Products subjected to misuse or abuse, whether by accident or other causes. Such product conditions will be determined by byCaxs Pte Ltd at its sole and unfettered discretion.
  • Products damaged due to a natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire.
  • Expendable items, such as a fuse.
  • Products with no purchase record.
  • Products that have been updated, reworked, or improperly tested by the Customer, or by a third party at the request of the Customer.
