Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • All returns and exchanges must be made strictly within fourteen (14) days from purchase date or the date you receive your package.
  • Walk-in exchanges or returns will not be processed on the spot.
  • Exchanges are only allowed once per order or in-store purchase.
  • All returns and exchanges has to be informed via Whatsapp before it can be processed. Kindly state the following :
          Order Number (for online orders) / Mobile Number (for in-store purchase)

          Item to be exchanged or returned
          Attach supporting images
  • You will be assisted by our Doll Team accordingly within 1-2 working days and will be requested to bring your item down to our store physically for an inspection.
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure items are in their original condition before being processed.

 

Returns & Exchanges Terms & Conditions

  • All sales items including promotional codes, in-store promotions and any BNPL merchants in-app promotions are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • Purchases made with Doll Points or store credits are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • Lashes and cosmetics are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
  • All returned items must be unused and unopened with original labels attached.
  • Products with an expiration date of less than 6 months are ineligible for Returns & Exchanges.
  • Contact Lenses can only be exchanged/refunded if defected or if a change of prescription is verified by our in-house optometrist.
  • We do not process any cash refunds, all refunds are processed in the form of store credits that can only be used on our online store.
  • You will be informed of your store credit refund via Whatsapp within 2-3 working days upon receiving the item.
  • Exchanges take 2-3 working days to be processed excluding delivery time and is subjected to stock availability.
  • If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.

  • 2 months warranty from date of purchase for a 1-to-1 exchange or store credit refund if no available stock only for production defects.
    Warranty exclusion applies :
         
    Products found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
          Broken clasps are not covered under warranty.
          Products subjected to misuse or abuse, whether by accident or other causes. Such product conditions will be determined by byCaxs Pte Ltd at its sole and unfettered discretion.
          Products damaged due to a natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire.
          Expendable items, such as a fuse.
          Products with no purchase record.
          Products that have been updated, reworked, or improperly tested by the Customer, or by a third party at the request of the Customer.
