REGULAR EYE EXAMINATION
15 minutes
A visual acuity test & slit lamp examination will be done to determine your prescription.

FIRST TIME CONTACT LENS WEARER
40 minutes
A visual acuity test & slit lamp examination will be done to determine your prescription. Youʼll be guided on inserting, removing, and caring for your lenses with ease.

TORIC LENS EYE EXAMINATION
35 minutes
Required to come without lenses or remove Contact Lenses 30 mins before appointment. A visual acuity test & slit lamp examination will be done to determine your prescription.

AFTERCARE FOR YOUR CONTACT LENSES
- Always start with clean & dry hands
- Place contact lenses in the palm of your hands & rub gently with multipurpose lens solution for 20 seconds
- Rinse each side of contact lens with multipurpose lens solution for 10 seconds
- Always store each side of contact lens in its respective side of the lens case

HANDLING YOUR CONTACT LENSES
- Never use tap water, always store & clean lenses with multipurpose solution
only - Never wear contact lenses longer than its recommended use
- Replace contact lens case every 3 months
- Do not wear your contact lenses for more than 8-10 hours a day

WEARING YOUR CONTACT LENSES
- Always start with clean & dry hands
- Ensure you always handle your contact lenses with your fingertip not your
nails. - Ensure contact lens isn’t flipped inside out and is in a “bowl shapeˮ. Its edges
should not be curved or flared outwards. - Gently pull your upper eyelid upwards with your index finger. Using your
dominant hand to gently pull your lower eyelid and place contact lens on your
pupil with your index finger. - Slowly release eyelid & blink gently to center the contact lens on your eye.
Repeat for the other eye.
