We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in developing strategies & campaigns for both organic and advertising content across social, digital, website and email marketing. The ideal Doll will have a strong interest in social media and marketing and the ability to plan and execute compelling visual content across multiple channels. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Communicate directly with brand partners to encourage a trusting relationship
• Create content calendar, brainstorm creative copy and upload posts for all social media channels – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• Curate content in line with brand’s identify for all marketing channels & website
• Propose campaigns and activations to deepen engagement with our consumers
• Communicate and keep up with byCaxs’s KOLS
• Head community management on social media – interacting with followers, responding to comments and DMs
• Ideate and produce campaign shoots during new launch
• Work with the design team to produce design assets for content, campaigns, and activations
• Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns on a weekly basis
• Assist in all other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company

You will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Layout:
  • Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as social media viasual, brochures, POSMs and packaging.
  • Develop compelling layouts for websites nd social media graphics.
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Video Editing:
  • Trimming clips, adding transitions, and adjusting audio levels.
  • Producing short videos for social media, marketing campaigns, or other purposes.
  • Work closely with marketing team to create effective video content.
• Graphic Production: 
  • Prepare files for print and digital production.
  • Collaborate with printers and developers to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
• Concept Development:
  • Contribute to the creative development process by generating design ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.
• Research and Trends:
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences and their preferences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma in Graphic Design or related fields
• Possess a strong comprehension of brand’s identity, products and target audience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of visual communication principles and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen interest in beauty will be a plus

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with website design and development.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Create a positive, welcoming, and personalised byCaxs Doll Parlour experience through assisting customers at all touch points to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent brand, product and promotional knowledge to actively advise and inspire customers about our products and exceed their expectations.

STORE MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS

• Assist with replenishment, delivery and organisation tasks.
