All orders will be ready for collection within 1 – 2 working days
- Wearer MUST be present for self-collection as an eye fitting test might be required upon collection to ensure the safety of my eyes.
- All self-collection MUST be made within 14 calendar days, starting from the date your order is ready for collection.
- A credit refund will be processed within 1 working day for uncollected orders. You will be notified via Whatsapp once processed.
- A Collection Email will be sent to notify when order is ready for collection. Kindly check your spam folder in case it lands there. If you have not received a Collection Email, your order is not ready for collection.

- An email/whatsapp will be sent to verify your prescription record.
- A self-collection done by the wearer will be required in the event that you do not have a valid eye examination record.
