I bought the contact lenses from their LIVESTREAM and went there to collect. The whole process is so easy and smooth to book an free eye examination and collection.
On the day, I just go and do eye test and collect the contact lenses.
The staffs are so friendly. Love the vibe.

my first time shopping here and went for a free eye check before purchasing their contact lenses and I had the warmest experience from one of your staffs named, Desiree, if I remember correctly! she was very sweet and welcoming, and gave me advice on caring for your eyes and lenses 🥰 it was a very thorough eye check-up as they also assessed my eye health. overall i had a very pleasant experience and definitely gained a returning customer! thank you to Desiree and byCaxs team 💘💘

Angel, the optometrist, was incredibly patient and thorough during my eye examination. She took the time to carefully test my eye power, explain my eye condition in a way that was easy to understand, and thoughtfully suggested using more eye drops. I also loved how she recommended contact lens colors that suited me so well. Her advice was spot on!
Diane was equally wonderful in helping me get the colors I wanted and sharing the current promotions with me. She was attentive, and very helpful throughout the whole process.
What I appreciated most was how patient and understanding they both were while I was figuring out my payment through the ShopBack app. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole visit such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The lightest lens I’ve ever worn and the super quickie lashes on point. Smooth removal and indeed they are the smooth operator of Lens & Lash! They have a variety of colour suitable for Asian eyes and their lashes have a huge range for all types of favourites. Be it performance or daily wear and it hold 3 days!
Customer service is always pleasant and they are happy to help and recommend you honestly without breaking your pocket!

Always love the contact lens here and plus, you get a really professional optometrist to check your eyesight. I’ve tried out Pink Wednesday and they made me look super cute on special occasions. Hence, whenever I get the chance to come down to SG, I’ll sure drop by byCaxs! 💜

The whole team is super helpful and nice!! Pam helped me today and she was so friendly in helping me choose my lenses. Also they’ve launched Lunar brown and emerald in dailies!!! Finally!! I’ve used Lunar brown monthly for many years and always get compliments. Dailies would be so convenient for travel yayyyy
