All orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays, at byCaxs HQ. byCaxs only ships on business days Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

For orders containing contact lenses, shipment will only proceed after verifying your proof of eye examination record for contact lens wear. If you do not have an existing eye check record with our Doll Parlour, kindly obtain proof from the optometrist who conducted your examination within the past 12 months and send it to us via whatsapp.

Orders within Singapore & Rest of Asia are shipped via our selected courier
service, SingPost Express.

Local orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Orders outside of Singapore are delivered within 1-3 weeks after dispatch.

A tracking link will be sent by SingPost Express once your order is
dispatched.


Outside of Asia


Orders outside of Asia are shipped using our chosen courier service,
Aramex or SingPost. International orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks
after dispatch.
