Local Courier Terms & Conditions

By selecting Local Courier with proof of valid eye examination, you agree that :

• You have a valid proof of eye examination for contact lenses wear done in the past 12 months by a qualified eye care professional.
• You verify that you know how to use the products ordered.
• You confirm that the products are for your own personal use only.
• In the event that you do not have a valid eye examination done for contact lenses wear, you agree to a complimentary eye examination done at your preferred byCaxs Doll Parlour
• In the event that you decide not to have your eyes tested by a registered optometrist, you hereby agree to accept a store credit refund for your order.

Self-Collection Terms & Conditions

By selecting Self-Collection, you agree that :

• You are required to personally be present to collect your order as a fitting test might be required upon collection to ensure the safety of your eyes.

• Your order will not be dispensed if wearer is not present or refuses to carry out an eye fitting test.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once a Processing Email has been sent.
• Collection point cannot be changed once Collection Email has been sent.
• All self-collection MUST be made within 14 calendar days, starting from
  the date your order is ready for collection.
• A credit refund will be processed within 1 working day for uncollected orders.
  You will be notified via whatsapp once processed.
