      By opting for Local Courier service for orders with contact lenses, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

      •  You possess valid prescription & eye examination for contact lenses conducted by a certified eye care professional within the last 12 months.
      • You affirm your familiarity with the proper usage of the ordered products.
      • You acknowledge that the products are intended solely for your personal use.
      • If you lack valid proof of a recent contact lens eye examination, you consent to a complimentary eye examination at your preferred byCaxs Doll Parlour.

       

      Should you choose not to undergo an eye examination by a registered optometrist, you agree to receive a store credit refund for your order. We reserve the right to modify your order to Self-Collection under the following circumstances:

      • You are unable to provide a valid proof prescription & eye examination for contact lenses conducted by a certified eye care professional within the last 12 months.
      • We are unable to verify your eye  examination record.
